On Call Support Packages Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 30 March 2026
1. Payment All packages must be paid in full prior to any work commencing. Payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Hours & Expiry Hours must be used within the expiry period from the date of purchase. Ask Me Anything (5 hrs) is valid for 2 months, In Your Corner (10 hrs) is valid for 4 months, and On Speed Dial (20 hrs) is valid for 6 months. Hours cannot be rolled over, extended, or transferred. Any unused hours at the end of the validity period are forfeited.
3. Time Tracking All time is tracked via Toggl. Your allocated team member will provide you with a time update following each interaction so you always know your remaining balance.
4. Turnaround Times Clients can expect an initial response within 24 business hours of submitting a request. A reasonable timeframe for completion of the work will then be agreed based on the nature of the request.
5. Scope of Work These packages cover marketing, strategy, systems, and operations support within our areas of expertise. They are designed for flexible, ad hoc use and do not constitute an ongoing retainer arrangement. These packages are separate to and do not include our ongoing support packages, studio sequences, or studio health checks. Requests that fall outside our scope of expertise will be flagged with you and we will advise accordingly.
6. Fair Use These packages are intended for genuine business support requests. We reserve the right to decline or redirect requests that are unreasonable in scope, outside our area of expertise, or inconsistent with the spirit of the package. We are committed to making every hour count for your business — and we ask that you come to us with that same spirit.
7. Team Allocation Upon purchase you will be assigned a dedicated team member who will serve as your primary point of contact for the life of the package. They will liaise with the broader team on your behalf where required to ensure you always receive the right support.
8. Communication All work requests should be directed to your allocated team member. Details of how to contact them will be provided following your purchase.
9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared in connection with these packages. Confidential information may only be used for the purposes of delivering the services and must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation continues after the package expires or is completed. We will never share your business information, strategies, systems or data with any other client or third party.
10. Intellectual Property Any materials, strategies, documents or resources created by The Studio Edit Co in the delivery of your package remain the intellectual property of The Studio Edit Co until paid for in full. Upon full payment, materials created specifically for your business become yours. Any existing tools, templates or resources owned by The Studio Edit Co prior to your engagement remain our property.
11. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Studio Edit Co's liability in connection with these packages is limited to the total amount paid for the package. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
12. Warranties We warrant that all services will be delivered with due care and skill. We will not, in supplying services, infringe the intellectual property rights of any person. The client warrants that any information or materials provided to us for use in delivering the services will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
13. Subcontracting The Studio Edit Co reserves the right to engage members of our team to deliver services under these packages. There are no named subcontractors, however all team members operate under the same confidentiality and service obligations set out in these terms.
14. Termination These packages expire at the end of their validity period. In the event of a material breach of these terms by either party that is not remedied within a reasonable time of written notice, either party may terminate the arrangement immediately. No refund will be issued upon termination.
15. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
16. Variations Any variation to these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.
