We offer a free discovery call to get a sense of where your studio’s at and what kind of support would be most helpful. It’s a chance to chat, ask questions, and see if we’re the right match.

Do you offer ongoing support or just one-off help?

Both! Some clients need help with a specific setup or project, others want long-term, ongoing support. We can tailor things to suit where your studio is at and what you need.

Can I add more support once we get started?

Absolutely! If something comes up and you need extra help, just reach out. We’ll chat through what’s needed and adjust your package if needed.

What systems do you work with?

We’re certified Momence Partners and know the platform inside out, but we’ve also worked with a range of other systems including Mindbody. If you use something else, let us know - we can usually work with it.

What if I only need help for a short period of time?

That’s totally fine. We offer project-based support too - great for things like refining systems, setting up campaigns or updating automations, without the need for ongoing commitment.

Do you work with studios outside of Australia?

Yes, we support studios across Australia, New Zealand, and abroad.

Do you only work with Pilates studios?

Accepted Answer

Most of our clients are Pilates studio owners, but we also support yoga and wellness studios with similar systems and client processes.

Do you offer training if I want to manage things in-house later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you or your team want to take things over down the track, we can include system training as part of your support package or book it separately.
